Rates

We provide our clients with rate tables for both general tourism and school groups. Final prices may have changed or vary depending on the time of year; please feel free to contact us with any questions or to make a reservation. You can also download documents with the rates and information on cancellations.

When making a reservation, a 40% deposit of the total amount will be required in the name of Alvarella Ecoturismo S.L as a booking fee. In case of cancellation, the company reserves the right to retain a percentage of the deposit as compensation. This percentage is calculated based on the time in advance the cancellation is communicated in relation to the scheduled check-in date.

• More than 30 days in advance: 5%
• More than 7 days in advance: 50%
• Less than 7 days in advance: 100%
